Re: thinking klze turbo
as for the rx injectors.. IIRC the 550cc gen are low impedance. I would think the v6 are high impedance, so you would need to match it.

My hat is off to Spatial for taking the punishment, still asking questions and not
getting all offended. This thread is turning into useful info!

Re: thinking klze turbo
if i'm not a total noob, i think the answer is yes you can, the only thing the number nominates is basicly the potential of the injectors, not how much their going to be pushing out all the time, so basicly the higher the number, the more potential you have for more power, type thing.

You can they will work.
But don't expect good fuel mileage or power.

Re: thinking klze turbo
A tiny little man lives in the top of the injector and talks to another tiny little man who lives in the ECU. All he does is open and close a valve. The higher the number, the more the injector flows per minute...all the time. The man in the ECU tells the man in the injector to hold the valve open for a specific duration based on that injector's volume. He doesn't know that you changed injectors so until you have the ability to tune the fuel map he will open the injector as if it was stock...only its not so you will get more fuel all the time.
The engine would run but I wouldn't install them until it's time. There is nothing to be gained and a lot of fuel to be wasted.

Re: thinking klze turbo
so you would have to have like a megasquirt for the injectors to run the motor exactly right. but it will work on the stock setup. ok i was just curious.
because the first things im buying are the injectors, afpr, and the megasquirt.
probally gonna install that then just drive it setup like that for a little while till i get the rest of the parts
