Well uh, my move is probably off the books for some personal reasons. I'll be on the West Coast for a while it seems, so I'll likely be in attendance for the next meet.

Well ill need to be back over there for a court date. Lol

Let us know, and we can all meet up again, and be character witnesses. Of course, if they saw me in the courtroom again, we'd all go to jail, and their jail SUCKS.

If they saw me, they'd impose a larger fine.

My court date is October 30th so will I see anyone else?

Yeah, I'm pleading no contest on mine...

I've learned that even when you're not guilty(of the charges raised, at least), you can still very much be found guilty. I'll save my gas money, time, effort, and take this one. I've plead guilty to 2 of my 4 tickets to date, and I only fight the ones I find unjust... This one, I can't even remotely justify arguing.

That is the worst court. Unless you live very close, I would recommend just paying them, too. When I was there, I overheard lawyers laughing about how they can screw people. Something to do with their once being a county seat, and making their own laws. It's a long story, but I went to jail there for not coming to court for a speeding ticket. They purposely didn't put it on my ticket for not having proof of insurance, so they could arrest me when I showed up for court.

That's just ridiculous! I'd have probably had an extended stay, knowing how I react to "news" like that...

I decided on a mistigated hearing hoping I could keep the ticket off of my record. However, maybe now I don't even want to make the tri but I can't miss my court date now.

Well I missed the last meet, I had a brake caliper seize the night before. Is anybody else down for another meet before begins? I would go on the 30th if that day works for other people.

I'm down. The car is running great.

If I find a new job, I'm down... Farther south would help me out a lot, finances are lacking this summer.
