I believe shipping to IReland last time was less than $50CDN. I don't think it would be more than that.

I need to hear from everybody before I start taking money. those of you who are ready to send payment I have noted it and when the time comes I will put out word to you all.

Several of you have asked for my recommendations on hardness. So here it is.

I started with the original prototype set which were all 70A. Once I got them fitting right they worked very well but I found the front extremely harsh. I wanted to know how much difference there would be so I changed them out for 80A all around and I found that the rear is perfect but the front is crazy stiff.

to try to solve this I started playing with my strut/spring combo. I had been using Eibach Escort springs all around with Tokico HP struts. I went to the JY and grabbed a pair of front struts off a stock ZX2 Escort. I tried the stock springs with the escort shocks and it was just awful...really bouncy. I tried the stock springs with the HP shocks and it was still harsh and the front was higher than the rear. I tried the Eibach springs with the stock ZX2 shocks and it's by far the best combination.

I think now I will go back to 70A bushings in front and the car will be nearly perfect for my daily driving needs. The rear is perfect with 80A. The front witht he strut combo I have and 70A bushigns is ideal for daily use. a stiffer strut and 80A in front would be great on a smooth track...or if you don't care about comfort.

Update,

I dropped the mold off with a machinist friend of a friend last night. He is going to give me an estimate on the cost of a few tweaks I'd like to do. Their quote will determine the timeline for deposits and so on. These changes will not affect pricing.

I should have that information in a week or so.

What are these magic tweaks you speak of?

The magic tweaks are just to make the bushings slightly longer so that they don't have to be compressed so far on installation. But if the machine work is too expensive it will not happen. I should know this week.

OK...sorry for the huge delay. Apparently the machine shop guy is not super dependable when it comes to returning email.

I should have a quote from him this week and I will let you all know what the final timeline will be. The cost will not be affected unless he quotes me really high for the spacers. But I don't think it will be a problem.

Assuming he can do the machine work I need in a timely fashion and the poly guys can do the same, I should be able to start receiving deposits next week or two and have product ready to ship in about 6-10 weeks.

Once the orders are placed, the money is spent and you will not be getting it back. No exceptions.

Make your payments to wytbushings@hotmail.com via paypal. Please include your shipping information with the payment so that I can start organizing shipping.

$200 deposit for full kits and $100 for anything less than a full kit.

Please copy and paste the following list into the message of your paypal payment:

I just realized that the math in the original GB wasn't quite Kosher. It would have actually been cheaper to buy the kit individually and pay the shipping so I've reduced the price of the full kit accordingly.

$350CAD + $20 shipping in North America for a full kit. $350CAD + actual shipping anywhere else. Actual shipping will be added to partial orders.

$150 for Lateral Links
$100 for LCAs
$100 for Trailing Arms

All orders include lubricant, washers and mild steel sleeves and I will pay the forum donation out of my end.
