I was jamming with some friends the other night, but all they had were Djembes, Dumbacs, and other hand drums. There were also 5 guitars, a Bass, a Cello, Violin, Keyboard, and other stuff. I kept the beat for them, but I thought there was going to be a drum kit :shrug: It was great to let the beat out of my fingers again. Once in a while, I'll go to a Guitar center and "try out" the drums. I have yet to find another person who can syncopate on a kit. That's fun.

Hey another musician. Took me years but I finally mastered the toughest of all musical instruments, the triangle. :lol:

Actually I did play guitar (I could pick everything from my nose to my a**hole) and then bass for a bit in a band. Played french horn in HS and the glockenspiel in a cadet band, ding ding ding ding. :D

EDIT: I was always a little partial to the comb and tissue paper thing too
