He's got insurance of some sort, you could technically charge him with something since there was a law broken.

The "fix my car or I'll charge you" might work here

he has no inssurance, he was on a bicycle... and he owns nothing but his bmx bike!

i seriously dont know what to do, ive been thinking of parting out since i dont have time nor the money to fix it...

Plus im in love with my subaru... only reason i was keeping it was because ive put so much time and money into my mx-3 and i dont owe a penny on it, so it stayed in my garage and when i had time i would take a ride about once a week just to give it a ride... now that its fucked i dont feel like redoing it and im done putting money in it...

i have my subie and my house to pay for, so money is not as loose as before when i lived at my momma house and only the mazda 3 to pay...

For now the car is staying in the garage until i figure out what ill do...

i would hate to part out, but im afraid ill have to...

It doesn't matter, you get him to pay for it, or his parents, or whoever, in cash, otherwise you charge him with whatever law he broke.

Ya, now you know how I feel. It took me several months to make that decision, it's not easy, especially looking at the potential of the new cars.

hard luck John. I don't think it's right you should have to pay for all that. I'd make a visit. I'd recommend giving it a bit of time before deciding.

i will not part out... the car is in my garage and i will fix it this winter, but its parked till next summer!
