About 90% of KL MX-3s use a Millenia intake, I'm surprised nobody has taken the initiative to bother measuring what you asked.

I have a Millenia KL in my '93, but I don't have a CorkSport STB.

Post #119 has the prices:

Weird I know, but perhaps the interest is not there for the MX3 guys. Regardless they will be available from now on any time someone wants one built, but the price will be higher after the GB.

After talking with another guy, I think the problem for fitment on an MX3 is the hoodline slopes faster then the BG chassis cars which makes it harder for fitment

Dam I would jump on this if it would fit a curve neck KL-ZE. :crying:

get me some measurements^^^ I need to know how high the intake sits.

It will be made to clear V6 swapped protege/323/escorts, so it may work.

I will get you measurements this evening. What points do you need them measured from? I have a ZE with curve neck. Currently I am running an Ebay bar which is like a reactive bar design and it rubs the fire pad on the hood. my CS bar will not clear the IM. I am sure that the single bar would clear if flipped around.

But I would like the 2nd option

See my post on measuring. #42

We will try to figure out what we can do based on the measurements given. I appreciate the help on this.

I am meeting up with someone who has a curve neck ZE mx3 this week... I'll be taking some measurements and passing them off.. I am sure with that info Jim will be able to make them fit...

Any bar that runs center to the strut towers will not fit. Ya, my bar was right up against my CF hood, but on my stock hood, it was touching the hood insulation if I remember right, but the issue was never really with the hood as it is for the intake manifold. For it to fit a KLZE IM, it will need to be off-center; could even make it that it strattles the IM, but unless it's super thin and strong (probably in CF), a straight approach will not work.

I have a CS bar to use as a comparison.. I am meeting up with Bornsticky tonight who have a curve neck ZE.. We will be taking a bunch of measurements so that Jim can tailor his bar to hopefully clear the hood and strut bar...

I'm curious, and the measurements could be handy for Jim; you've seen my tweak to fix the CS bar...wonder if it would fit/have clearance if the bar was on the front side rather than the rear with the tweak.

Just from comparing pictures on the milli manifold, it looks like MX3 users will either have to settle for the single bar version or
maybe Jim would have to do the double bar version with the rear bar straight across in stead of bending in. MX3 M/C are shorter then BG ones, so it may work.

I am just speculating on this, and this still depends on the measurements received.

you will have a tough time to try and get this to fit a millenia IM. You would need to make it closer to the MS version instead of the CS version. CS isn't even close to fitting without severely modding it like nd4spdse did. Also if you do decide to modify it just for that, it may not clear if someone is using the Outlaw Thermospacers.

Well after getting some measurements from a 323 with a KLG4 and comparing them to some other measurements, it wont fit any KL manifold with spacers in a KL swapped BG. So thats looking like it will barely fit an MX3 GS. With the Milli manifold, your only option may be the single bar version flipped.

Better then whats available for you even if its only the single version.
