Boy this thread is funny. I am biased because I am a former Mustang Owner. I had a 1988 Mustang GT 5.0. I loved that car. I still love the looks and sound of a mustang. I had a chance to drive an SVT once and that only reinforced my passion. BUT...I would never get rid of my Mx-3 for one. I have grown to love my Mx-3 even more than I loved the Stang. I am closer to 6'5" and I am able to drive the car with no problem. I have never really owned a car that I fit into well. (Actually the best was an 85 Honda civic hatchback...the seats slid Way Back!) I think that trying to compare these two cars is very tough though. If you do compare you have to decide what areas you want to focus on. The looks, the HP potential, 1/4 mile time, track ability... These two cars were built for completely different purposes. Hell ones FWD ones RWD, ones heavy ones light.
I would love to see a GRM $2006 challenge type event between a 1993 Mustang GT and a 1993 Mx-3 GS.

Tunes, I respect your opinion
Mx3s are unique, big advantage
Sorry if I went out of line on what I said
However the Mustang does have its big time advantages on the MX3
Like, how you can push 700hp on the stock engine which is enough to make ANY Probe, MX3, Mx6 or 626 look like its going on reverse.
Cookie Cutter wanabe car? What are you trying to say by that?
I am pretty sure if you guys had $32k, you would buy a WRX or something and keep your MX3 as a daily driver.
Then someone on here would come up to you bragging about how they only spent $7k on there forged KLZE turbo setup. Than they would brag about how they can whoop your a-- on the straight line
