10th sounds like a solid plan.

Homer: "Come to Homer's BBBQ. The extra B is for BYOBB."
Bart: What's that extra B for?
Homer: That's a typo.

I think the 2 initiators of this would be the best focal points. Kp2t and good_glory.

as for directions, open up google maps, click "local search", in the first box, put "Hutches Restaurant", in the second box put "Hamilton, On"
either that or just put the address
280 Van Wagners Beach Road
Hamilton, ON L8E 3L8

either way, we'll b meeting just past that (2 parking lots past approx)
exit 89 (centenial prkwy), turn left, turn left again, right, then follow the rd till past the restaurant. any probs, call me 416-521-5562

Sooo...this Saturday is the meet in Hamilton

Has a decision been made as to whether BYOF or someone is going to get it for us?

Any idea how many people will be coming?

I can bring the relish and mustard .. if you think we should have plates I can bring those if not I can bring serviettes

My BBQ is broken ... so Ian you can bring yours? Anyone else?

We have to get this settled soon ... Saturday is coming fast............

well i'm gonna b bringing my bbq, prob some drinks, and some assorted food, but i can't gurentee for how many (at least enough for me, but i do normally bring extra).

should we plan for one meal or two. it starts at noon, but i don't think ppl will wanna start cooking right away, at least not till they talk about cars for a couple hrs :)
i'm thinking maybe a "lupper" and then whoever wants to we can all go out someplace for a late dinner
