I think we are all forgetting the most important question here...
Do they come in black?

Re: [FS] Polyurethane Bushings
A few pics of the dry test fit. I used this old rusty subframe I had laying around, but I went and got a nice set of lateral links at the wreckers yesterday to be sure the fit would be right. I have checked all the parts and everything fits perfectly. A couple of the sleeves have to be adjusted but that's not a problem. The poly parts are perfect. (I just noticed that I have one Lateral Link on backwards...dur).

The LCA's are perfect too, but for some reason I failed to take a picture of them. Trust me they're awesome.
I will get a few shipping quotes and come up with a reasonable flat rate. I expect it to be about $25-30CDN. Those of you on other continents obviously will have to be dealt with individually. Please start preparing to make your final payments. Those of you who purchased full sets will owe me $170CDN + shipping. Those of you who have already paid in full for partial sets will only owe me shipping.
I am going to place the order with the Poly manufacturer by the end of the week. I expect it will take them 3 weeks to fill the order. I hope to have all the parts in my possession by the 7th of August, however don't be surprised if they bump us a week for a more lucrative job. They aren't making very much money off of me so understandably, they sometimes do that.
I will produce a comprehensive set of instructions as well...in case you have any questions about the installation.

Re: [FS] Polyurethane Bushings
Did you melt the old bushings out, then sand down on blast the material away? I'm just wondering because I don't want there to be fitment issues by removing too much material.

Re: [FS] Polyurethane Bushings
Removing the old bushings is the hardest part of the whole thing. I am lucky to have access to a hydraulic press. The trick there is to remove them without bending things out of shape...they're not really all that strong. The alternative is to heat them really hot with a propane torch and push the rubber out. Than put a hacksaw blade through the opening and saw through the outer sleeve of the old bushing. Once cut, use a pin punch to peel the sleeve away from the lateral link. I did one of them this way to prove to myself that it would work and it does on the lateral links, trailing arms. REmoving the bushing this way wasn't that hard, just not as fast as the press.
The LCA front bushing doesn't have an outer sleeve, but the LCA rear bushing has a very thick sleeve. Even with a press they are stubborn. I don't think the heat and cut method would work very well. It would be a lot harder to punch the sleeve out after you cut it due to it's thinkness.
Be prepared for this step.

Re: [FS] Polyurethane Bushings
Here is everyone's order and payment status as of right now.

Please this is your last chance to confirm your orders and ensure that you get what you really want. I'm going to set the shipping rate at a flat $20. That covers packaging and $300 coverage. I'm losing money at that rate to most of the US destinations but it's a good average and it's a nice round number.
I'm placing the order on Friday morning and times are tight so I will need your final payments to cover everything. Please have your payments in to wytbushings@hotmail.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; in the next few weeks.
As always if you have any questions don't hesitate to write.

Re: [FS] Polyurethane Bushings
I guess it's time to go to the pick-n-pull to get another front subframe in order to minimize down-time. Wytbishop... did you happen to notice how many mx3's were in the yard when you went?

Re: [FS] Polyurethane Bushings
There are 2 RS and 2 GS. The lateral links in the photos were taken from one of the GS.
