I got a 92 rs with 160,000 miles and just put in a tranny other than a annoying valve tick, which by the way if you have some lifters/rockers let me know, it runs fine

hey jeepdave that ticking(if its the same ticking that affects almost all gs's) is the exhaust cam friction gear. not the lifters(which i'm pretty sure k series engines dont even have)

oh btw 113,000 miles on 92 and havent had any real problems yet(except the time the mazda mechanix put the egr sys back together backwards. ttok em 4 hrs to figure it out. idiots)

I have a sweet running 92 GS with 146,000 befor i pulled the moter ( not because it was bad, blew a trans. seal) and i just picked up a 2.5 with 60,000 for $850 to put back in. sweetness

Ivana has about 77,001 miles on her.

Bought it with 173000 kms on it, and now it is 181000 kms.<P>Oil change every 4000kms. The engine runs great! (Since I have it, I never add any Oil Except when changing it)

My 92 GS reads 75,000miles. But the previous owner of the car (my sister) somehow managed to drive for like 10,000miles with an oil leak and eventually killed the engine. So it got a new one in 96. The actual mileage on my new engine is only 30,000!! Awesome for a 92 huh?

I just flipped 120,000 on my 93. I think when I bought it 6-7 months ago it had 108,000. I guess all the trips to Atl are starting to show... But I love driving it and I will til the wheels fall off.
