will that work with it? i have a cheap odb2 tester it might be better if i just get an adapter wire...

seems like this one looks a little different its late i dont have the car infront of me to look at to see male or female...


or if you can show me something at a cheap price online somewhere that i can get another tester or something....

yes, that's right a paper clip. Simply stick it between TEN and GND and turn your key to "on" position and count "check engine light" flashes.

alright so it flashed 9 times meaning the coolant temp sensor can someone show me a diagram of where that should be or is that in the middle of the head in the back under the intake manifold? is it the fan sensor that is on the thermostat housing? if someone can tell me whats up or show me a diagram. i know that i got all new sensors though. i dont know how it could just go bad like that ALSO i dont get how that is the cause of the sputtering and the lack of power and at times unresponsive throttle and engine dying and hard to start. it might be the reason i smell coolant though. i get blue smoke when i first start the car then it goes away. its a head i got off ebay and a new headgasket twice ive done it.....

what is that? it doesnt show me the location of the coolant temp sensor or the location of the fan switch sensor

its odd because i get blue smoke when i first start the car it goes away i smell coolant and ive replaced the sensor in the back of the head in the middle thats on the block (really hard to see)

i see what it is now im pretty sure all the electrical wires are good as for the conductivity and resistance im not sure ill have to look into that i got a throttlebody with the sensors on it....maybe thatll work maybe not idk maybe a sensor is bad or im wrong and i just wasted 35 bucks i really am sick of this tho smh

HEY GUESS WHAT I KNOW ITS REALLY LATE TO BE MENTIONING THIS BUT I FIXED THAT SPUTTERING ISSUE

IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP LOL

the exhaust is a little iffy now but its great since i changed the fuel pump
