I cant take full credit, my uncle is a licensed mechanic/body man. This is the 5th car he's painted for me, and he's taught me alot over the years dealing with prep work to get a good paint job. The paint color actually came from my first car which was another major rebuild project, so it kinda fit.

I've grown fond of the chalkboard paint... even though I have yet to actually draw on it.

I was originally thinking of just respraying black, but the car is original enough and rare enough around here that I wanted it to stand out. With there only being a handful of v6 mx3s and maybe a dozen 4 cyl mx3s within a 200km radius, chances are it'll be the first mx3 people have seen around here in a while. After sinking almost $3000 into restoring the car in the last 6 months, I'll be happy to have it on the road again.
