You've got a lot to learn about working on engines. If you have a question like, "why are my plugs covered in oil" start by searching phrases like that, and research that on your favorite search engine.
You have a leaking valve cover, happens to every car. purchasing a replacement valve cover gasket, torque the cover down to spec (not too tight) and using the proper technique with gasket makers (like RTV, clean surface, let it skin over, then install valve cover/gasket.)
My concern would be the the intervals the car has been serviced. a quick peek under the valve cover you'll be able to see the buildup/sludge.

make sure you're bleeding the brakes with two people (or using the appropriate bleeder) and bleed each line. It can take a while to do. Also bleed the clutch line while you're at it since they share the same reservoir.
The reason why I said that isn't to tell you you're a N00b but try not to jump to conclusions until you research what the symptoms really mean. First time I saw oil on my sparks I thought my head gasket was dead. I thought my engine was on it's way out and was going to die.

well...still waiting on this valve cover gasket to come in so i can get that sorted...i did however pressure wash under the hood to get the dirt and grime off of the block and trans....see if there are any other leaks...under the headers is concerning me because it looks a little oily again. Im hoping i wont need to mess with that right now tho. I did get the radio on so now i know my back speakers are blown. Im looking forward to putting my 2 kicker L5's with my 2 750 watt kicker amps in the back once i get the deck the rest of the way sorted. Still no idea as to why the car is cutting off on a right turn but she is that one issue away from dd use

i also found some 17s for cheeeeep so i might be investing in them as well

it was too tall. Got those 17's n ill make sure i post em soon as they are on. Also found not 1 but 3 escort GT's at PnP today

when you get the shift linkage off, there's the 3rd link that has bushings in it that CANNOT be replaced. If they are worn, you'll need to dremel off the link, and install new bushings and a new bolt. I believe there is information in the FAQ for this?

got the shift bushings in and i LOVE them!!! man it feels great! im looking forward to getting the non servicable bushing replaced to get rid of the last little bit of play
in other news, a guy was speeding in my neighborhood and ran into the back of my f250. Just got the call today that the frame is bent....so they are going to lay the bully machine down to rest for good.

but the silver lining is i will be getting a check...so hopefully i will have a swap done sooner rather than later.

those lights and rims look really good. I used turtle wax headlight stuff on the presso and they didnt come as clean as yours. I think i will copy you and use the sandpaper method

thanks man! i used soapy water when i sanded them down and used the 1000 diagnoally the 1500 horizontally and vertically....then the 2000 diagonally....wiped it off. Used the plastic polish in 2 coats....then sprayed it off n put the sealant on em. I love how they turned out too. Saved me from having to get new ones. Headlights are a big thing for me
