CAI should yield a few power. I rememeber taking the filter off of mine and it gave me an extra few HP. The dyno does measure power at the wheels, so I can see the flywheel giving a few extra HP too. The flywheel does help response and most find that it does get up to revs quicker. Flywheels in race cars are almost non-existant weight wise because the weight is for inertia to help keep the revs up and ease driveability for daily driving.
