So after a nice cold winter i'm getting back into the groove of working on the car. Finished the primer and looks good imo.




Been also thinking about picking up a paint gun. Still have a bunch of work to do for it but who knows. Honestly im probably just going to leave it how it is, I am a fan, and think its nice

Also removed the interior and working on removing the little bit of rust. Not alot at all, i'm very happy about that. Going to grab some undercoat/sound deading spray and spray the entire floor/trunk. Dont know if it will make that much of a difference but i can say i did it any way lol.

I'm on the fence about what exact color but i will be repainting my rims as ive have them for about 5 years and have a bit of wear and tear plus im in the mood for a change. I'll probably pick up some new rims down the road, im a big fan of the Mazdaspeed MS-01r and knowing im not going to be able to get my hands on a set in my budget ill look for something very similar. But for now i'll pick up some "duplicolor bronze wheel paint" and give that a go and see how i like that, can always change it if i want to. BTW if anyone know of a set of rims like the MS-01R, let me know, im not ashamed of having knockoffs! lol

This car is pretty sweet so far, how hard was it to do that arm rest?

Armrest is covered in the Carbon Fiber vinyl, takes time and patience its not perfect but with practice a nice result can happen. i plain on doing the roof also but not 100% set yet on the plan. currently in the process of undercoating underneath the carpet for any sound deadening it may provide. Front lip and smoked turn signals are also to come just looking to knock out all the smaller things before i go spending money on the big stuff.

Love any MX-3 in flat no matter what color it is! Bronze for the wheels is a great idea. I think I am gonna do my SubZeros bronze tomorrow.

Then put everything back in, nice and clean(or at least as good as i could get it).




Also got my new blinkers, think i'll need to pick up the side markers to go along with them since they look out of place now. My front bumper is in horrible shape from being in an accident before i owned the car. Just a reason to look for a EDM one!



Next i want to pick up some mini sides, maybe some front and rear mud guards. Can't spend too much since i want to get a BP swap going soon.

I've got a few sets of front mud guards, I'd let one go for $10 + shipping if you're interested.

Figure its time for a bit of color, if it doesnt come out how i want i can always redo it.

THat white is looking sharp! Just need a different bumper or a lip to finish it off!

BTW how did the sound deaden work out for you? Did you notice a difference at all?

Yeah i would love a Euro bumper but those arent so easy to get. I think i may be looking for a nice GS tho soon.
There is a slight difference in road noise, im sure if i did it fully it would of been alot better, just used what i had left from undercoating my truck .
