What is the title status of this car??? Is it still titled as a state car?

BUGs if it is just a mater of getting it stateside i could likely do that part

title status is canada i guess, i brought it across but haven't titled it here, ontario is weird you get sort of a title when you put a plate on it

and yes i still have the car. my option is sell it or it sits in the garage for the next few years until i have time to work on it and some help so i'd rather sell it and see it put to use
