well. I guess its okay, but just make sure its not interfering with the connections. Don't put it on any of the contacts, the center of the cap/rotor... etc.

Dielectric is meant to stop sparks from jumping, so around the boots and etc. Not for the contacts.

I just found a leak, the bottom half of the engine is all covered with oil and this just happen rite now that i noticed it was slowly spilling on my garage floor. the leak is were oil comes through to the engine at the bottom i think a gasket or rubber piece is broken do u think this would effect the car not starting.

an oil leak wouldn't effect the car starting, but if it's as bad as your making it sound, you'll want to replace it.

Its leaking very slowly Ill try a temporary fix for now, but I just remembered I forgot to mention something the factory black plastic cover for the air filter has a little nozzle attached to the side separate from were the sensor is and goes to the tb, well I accidently broke that little nozzle of when I was unscrewing the disty cap, a hose should normally attach to that nozzle I dont know exactly were that hose is from but my guess would be somewhere underneath the beginning of the tb.
Can having broke that little nozzle off effect it not starting btw the hose is just hanging there, I should try superglue the nozzle back on rite?

That hose provides idle air flow..

So thats why it wont start? Do you think superglueing it will be enough for now until i get a nw 1?

I checked the spark again and it was not a strong blue one it was a weak yellow that means i gotta get new wires right cuz the spark plugs are new or it could also mean my disty is done cuz i think the cap and rotor are fine, but what i do not get is that the car was running fine untill i took the disty cap off cleaned it and put it back. it might also be because i put dielectric grease everywhere, just to make sure is it fine to have dielectric grease on the very top part of the spek plug the metallic part that the wire gets attached to??

i would replace your wires and the cap. if you think thats it try it its good to replace parts if it has some mileage to it but dont replace something that isnt broken may cause more trouble in the long run
