That's true. The problem is they don't WANT to learn.
I was fired from wal mart just because I was of the ridiculous (for them) opinion that the customer deserves respect.
I spend my whole time in there trying to make my coworkers understand how to use an impact wrench, and a torque wrench if they didn't want to use the torque bars. No one listened, not even he managers. Even the store managers only cared enough to make sure I took care of their cars, but that was it.
