Are you also afraid of seats and windows? LOL why do you have a fear of cruise control?

Im deathly afraid of cruise control... because of TWO things! It freaks me out that my car is being moved with out my foot on the pedal. and i heard a myth/fact? that if you use cruise control and you hit a puddle or something it will cause your car to go careening out of control.

Then park the car and take the insurance off it. Anybody can hydroplane at any given time, c/c or not. The better tires you have the better chance you have of maintaining control. It's really easy to disengage, brake pedal or cancel. BTW, my cruise does that too, I can't live without it!!!

I could never go back to not having cruise control.
