ah crap!

does anyone else do mounts? i filled mine with so stuff last year and it cost me like 75$ at aklan grainers and now there done…
mx-3, KL turbo (tooo much to list) yeah its boosted!

I have been thinking about it. The reason AWR charges so much is because there are about 7 or 8 processes required to make that little front bracket. I think a better solution would be either inserts or something which replaces the stock rubber of the mount altogether...much like the suspension bushings. That would be fairly simple and very inexpensive.

This is something I think we could definitely do.

i cant remember who but simeone talked about hockey pucks?…

how do u do it?

I did my last set in 80A 4 years ago and they're still good. I just replaced them with 94A only because I was doing a set for someone else and we had extra urethane.

Hockey pucks are a bad idea. I've seen people do it, but people have also mentioned them for use for body lift on our trucks. Apparently they deteriorate over time.

Although they are hard, hockey pucks are still just rubber. They will break down even more quickly than the stock motor mounts.
