FULL REFUND AND NEW ENGINE! Accept nothing less. You should not have to keep paying for their screw ups nor should you keep paying for shipping..I believe even thought they have it in their "contract" it will not hold up in court - at least in the US it would not. You pay for a service or an item and if that service or item is NOT what the contract was for than the contract is NULL and void. Same as when people get KF's instead of KL's and the shipper tries to make them pay for it.

You guys all over reacting a little here or what? My engine looks worse than ALL of these and it runs fine. Get a grip, it's a used engine you need to rebuild it if you really want a 0 km engine. I know a guy with a ZE probe that looked spotless inside the valve cover. His car had lot's of HLA noise and did not sound that healthy.

Here's some pics of mine. Do you think it's got 3000,00000,00000 kms. Cmon now, some idiot probably didn't change the oil every 3-5,000kms like us. Please know that this fired up first shot and has minimal to no HLA noise. You'll be fine, that engine looked alright to me.

my wreaking yard 226,000km klze intakes where nice and clean though still had the burn't gold
colour in the valve train area.

As someone has stated here if you want a zero Km engine rebuild it from top to bottom.
otherwise hang out till one that is clean enough for your standards pops up.

My best bit of advice is make the trip to veiw the engine your buying in the first place
or make the seller supply pictures of the intake runners and valve train area.
