They have been in contact with the fiero guys.....just ingoring us I guess.

K guys I'm done trying to contact these guys. Well over 20 emails and I know for a FACT they are in contact with guys via the fiero board. I called Chris's house and his girlfriend said they are gone for six weeks at a time and not able to reply to emails. I am leaving as of Wedensday for 10 days. So maybe when i get back they will have responded....I seriously hope so.

Still nothing guys. I am positive they have recieved my emails. They have been in contact with the folks on the fiero board and they have ALL my contact info as they have called me before. I came back after two weeks of vacation hoping that something would have happened. I was obviously wrong. Take whatever actions you all feel necessary.

Hello again Guys. It's been early April since I've been online here. Sorry if you missed me... hehehe... not too likely. Anyway...

So we're still dealing with Extreme Doors not having completed the group buy yet, eh? That's too bad. It's kind of odd, because I think I remember them saying that parts would ship next week -- but that was months ago. I followed the posted link to the fiero column, and read the posts there.

I found it interesting that Kyle said that Jarid reported the problem with the hinge not going to 90 degrees, and that the shocks were underpowered, and so Extreme Doors fixed the issue. Hehehe... they fixed the issue of the under powered shocks be shipping hinges with no shocks. That's like fixing a clock that shows the wrong time by removing the display so that it doesn't tell time anymore.

I also wonder... has Kyle told the fiero community that they've had complete payment now for almost a year now and still haven't fulfilled their obligations by sending the parts they have sold (and received payment for)?

you can read the fiero forum and see what they have said. Im done complaining to the fiero board and done emailing xtreme. They dont reply and when they do they just complain about how long it took to get payments bla bla bla and how I said they werent bolt on hinges bla bla bla and how they are broke bla bla. We have seen zero progress in six months...doubt we will see anything from them ever.

So, perhaps we could start posting info on who needs to be contacted to attempt to get our money back. Paypal is out of the question as over a year has passed and they need money in their account to get it back anyway.. I'm gonna try with Paypal just for s&js, but I doubt it will help.. Especially as I made payment to them and there are several payments.. Does anyone know who I need to get a hold of in Canada to try to get my money back? I don't think the law will accept excuses that Jarid was all to blame..

I tried splitting shipping with them for the rest of the stuff and they didnt even reply.

if Xtreme doors is supposdily a legit company you could always contact the Better Business Bureau, or take them to small claims court with proof that you have made payment and tried contacting them. just a thaught

BBB doesnt help get your money back...Small claims court means I have to invest more money into this....and they themselves have said many times they have no money to ship things...so what would small claims accomplish?

well, i guess it depends just how much time/money of yours these guys have wasted, i mean if you take them to court you can also sue them for the court fees,,and by contacting the BBB you may not get your money back, but you could prevent these guys from screwing over somebody else
