carbon is not a by prodct of gasoline....... carbon only comes from oil!

Maybe the black soot that comes out of the tailpipe is actually because of the lubricating oil instead of incomplete combustion (rich air fuel mixture). I guess they call gasoline hydroCARBON fuel for shits and giggles - those stupid scientists.... Next time i see black smoke from a burning gas station i will know its because of all the bottles of lubricating oil they keep - not from the burning gas.....
