I don't see anything weird about that. If it does get extremely hot, you might think something is wrong. The label however saves you a trip to the shop, by letting you know that no, nothing is wrong, and everything is in fact normal.

Kay the DRL makes sense cuz it wasnt geting power and so we hotwired it and my headlights came on, we're like, WTF!! what is this thing! So that settles things

make sure you bolt that down. it gets its ground through the chassis.
