check the online manual on MX-3.com. The 95 has the same starter relay location most likely.

i did check ... but RELAY page is not working ...
can someone tell me where are those relays located ....

The starter relay or starter solenoid is the small box on top of the starter itself. Check the fuses under the hood again - especially the one named "ST SIGN" - if its ok it might be a wiring problem.

Also it wouldnt hurt to have the battery tested - starter requires huge amount of current (like 300 amps) - if your battery is on its way out - it may not operate the starter properly - but other electrical devices may still be fine.
