Just a follow up to say thanks again to Nallboy. The TB arrived today and I should be able to begin the write up on it next week (need another paycheck under my belt so I can get the gaskets & seals for it) I should have the FAQ on TB maintenance for the 1.6L DOHC up in a week or two. The K8 TB that Nallboy just sent me is going to get the complete works, sandblasted housing, complete disassembly, cleaning and reassembly with new gaskets & seals, IAC system cleaned etc.. then a complete adjustment. This will be a bolt on ready to go part when I am finished with it. Thanks again to Nallboy for his generous donation :)
