Are you serious.....
First you put too little oil in the engine when an oil change should be the easiest and even my grandmother does it right.
Second you've put the wrong spark plugs before making sure u have the right ones in (google does wonders)
Third now that you changed the spark plugs to the good ones you think a piece fell in the engine? DUDE IF U THINK A PIECE IS IN THE ENGINE YOU SHOULDN'T CRANK IT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.
God i hope you didn't total ur engine altough only a miracle would of made it survive this engine nightmare.
