don't forget the other parts you'll need which include two bearings, and a couple of nuts, and another speedo ring if you don't want to remove your old one

dealer cost up here is $375.00 CDN for just the diff.
I could probably get it for $500.00 CDN including taxes + bearings and such.
but they are on back-order, that means they have to get them from japan, about 2-3 weeks.
hopefully some nice people will post all that is needed to do this conversion as it becomes known.
