From all the reading ive done on the subject, if I can remember correctly 112 was the exact average, this was about 5 or 6 years ago so my facts might be flaud but if you can prove us wrong then go ahead.

haha maybe" our schools do have higher standards, atleast at the highschool level, my brothers moved down with my folks both in the middle of high school, they were so bored with it they now send home schooling stuff back and forth from canada.
