It is not complete yet. This is a brand new never used euro front that i picked up about 4-5 years ago. I frenched off the license plate mounts and it still has some fab work left on it. It is actually going onto the AWD car :)

  I thought you were talking about that page....

Why does everyone love the euro front so much.....it looks just like the USDM front but with small holes on the side

save the cost of shipping one stateside and mold holes in the existing one

Well when the upper vent is flushed over, and the louvers inside are smoothed out, combined with my modded 1 piece JDM front lip... it will look nice. That and here in the states where this was not an option is just cool.

So decided to do a little sound deadening this weekend. As well as I installed my 94 seats back into the car and shampooed everything as I found a crap load of water... -_-

but here is the result.

The OE speaker enclosures with some much needed weather stripping.

The sound quality is so much better out of these now, as well as the road noise is very minimal and best of all I have no more wind noise from the doors.

Then as my black interior was not the best, I decided to strip a car at the wrecker of its grey interior fabric. :)
And then ripped mine off.

Finished product. It is not perfect but it is so much better than what I had...

Perhaps if it is not raining cats and dogs next weekend I will finally get my headliner done.

I bought 2 roles of the peel n seal, I used some on the rear muffler heat shield and did almost all of both doors. You could probably get away with just one role. but at 14 bucks a pop it is not too bad. Makes a huge difference.

Rumor has it you can get it in a large 3' wide roll for 100 bucks. But I will be doing the entire car for sure later this year.

So out came the AST Coilovers, and with hopes of getting a better driving DD that did not beat up my kidneys and make me want to pee all the time I decided to go to the Koni Reds. The springs are my Eiback Pro's. The rear is a tad bit lower as I had to chop a link off when I used them on my AWD conversion in the RS. I will lower the front a tad bit more as well, when I install the new bellows, and bump stops.

First you start with the OE strut and drill a small hole to bleed all the fluid.

Image

Then cut the top off.

And she slides right out just like this.
Image

Then you will require the use of a larger drill bit and a file
Image
Image

Slide the Koni in place
Image

And bolt it up
Image

and repeat 3 more times..
