Has any here chipped there ps2 if so what version do you have/had? what brand of chip you used/have?whats ur overall opinion of it?im looking to buy one my boy said that he'll install for free and all i got to do is buy the chip he has one and said its really not that hard to play games all you do is power it on with the tray out put the burned game in press the reset button and voila done! he already got vice city,hitman 2,socom plus other games that pretty much just come out recently! any way any feddback will be very much helpful! hey, <BR>i installed a mod chip on my ps2 and it messed it up. it is really easy to install, but after i did it, my ps2 wont play and ps1 games, and itll only play certain ps2 games, and like after 15 min of being on, it shuts off. <P>so, i bought a new ps2. i was pretty upset because all the opther systems that we have chipped work fine, the dc the saturn and ps1
