Hey fellow MX-3'ers
Question??
For a 96 GS which intake is the best out there. Or is a simple K&N cone filter in place of the factroy box the way to go... Please I want to get something but I don't know which 1 I want....
THANX

Re: INTAKES ??
well i put a k&n on my 92 and that alone is not that good, you need cold air to get the the filter. In the links page on this sight many of the guys have made cold air kits. I made mine out of sheet metal and some 3" dryer ducting. Its just a scoop attached to the bottom of my bumper and the ducting brings the air up to the filter. Its given me more power (dont know how much but it feels faster)
:o)
Re: INTAKES ??
Cold air is definately needed. Don't know who makes the best one though.
Re: INTAKES ??
I would go with a Dragon Intake attached to the weapon R cold air ram system . I haven't tried it yet , but I've heard good things about it.
