I was wondering if anyone has done the PRC solenoid modification http://www.mx3gsr.freeservers.com/prc.htm
I was wondering if someone could explain to me how to do it so i can see if its really worth the loss in gas milage.

yes if you unplug the negative battery cable then your computer will relearn the fuel map. it doesn't have to be for 2 hours though. unplug it for 5 mins and hit the brake, then hook it up again. let your car idle for 5 mins without touching the gas.
