Would having a bigger oil filter make any difference?
Would it be good or bad?
What will it do if it's bad?

Larger filter usually means more filetering area, and more oil capacity.
What is funny is the 1.6SOHC That filter should belong to a lawnmower. It is the size of a 8oz coke, SMALL! :)
