4 cyl engine swaps poll

okay i was just wonder other than myself who else is doing a 4 cyl engine swap and which engine? B6T or BPT? also if you have done it what your experiences pros/cons?

I might be buying a 92 rs with the BP jspec engien swapped in...the guy didnt put teh turbo or didnt come with one, but all I would need is the turbo gtr manifold and a turbo right? well of course piping and FMIC to look neato wish me luck find out if I get my loan sumtiem this week...and im selling my bro my red rs! hehe keepin it in the family

thats exactly what i did. i put 125 shot to the little sohc and it took it and laughed at me. maybe i should have threw the 160 or 180 at it!!

just because he used it for 2 years doesn't mean it wasn't killing his engine and altogether unstable. i thought you were only supposed to spray no more than half of what ur engine produces. i'm really surprised that his engine wasn't damaged.

A little more than an intake. These figures are based on the fact that I maxed out the set of 230cc injectors that I had in there, basically 155whp.<P>When the clutch was still good I could catch rubber through part of 3rd gear. Now I just spin in 1st and 2nd. <P>What can I beat? That depends on what is willing to race. I am not really a street racer, my prefered method is at the drag strip. But the few quick bursts that I have done included kills on all the H-brand cars that I raced, older TA with a 305. You have to remember, its -30* outside, not the best for racing. By the time the season starts up I should have 200whp.

i was trying to blow the little bastard. i knew it was coming out so i gave it some punishement. it took it very well and its prolly cause it is a race fogger setup. i thought it was pretty amazing myself.<BR> and by the way how do you melt a rod??????
