Vaccum Hose Placement?

i want to make an intake(like everyone else) and i dunno where to place the vaccum hose. can anyoen help? i plan on adding aobut 3 inches of material and then add a K'N filter to the tip. <P>i have an auto 93 sohc.<P>------------------<BR>93 MX-3

sup deathtrap,<P> Just put the hose onto the nipple on the side of the intake. If there isnt one.. drill and tap a hole on the intake and put a nipple on there. make the nipple close to the throttle body. wooooooooooooooooooooosh!! i didn't get anything outta that except NIPPLE! i'm soo lame. anyways, since i'mso stupid when it comes to cars, maybe some ppl can talk to me at the meet about it<P>------------------<BR>93 MX-3

Hey ill be at the meet, He was just saying , that pipe you are bolting the K&N filter on, Drill a hole in it at the end towards the Throttle Body , and somehow put the vacuum hose there.

Im not gonna be fortunate enoguh to be at that meet since Im in Colorado. ANyways I could really use some help on this one myself. Im using a 3 inch flexible pipe. ANyways, how can I atach the vacuum hose and the other hose, I need a tight seal so how ywould anyone reccomned? Also where can I find an adapter for the air flow meter, so I can put on a K&N tip? I have a 92 rs
