No start with air flow meter plugged in

I have been trying to figure out why my gs will start with the meter not plugged in but not with it plugged in. I recently did the hei and coil mods and replaced the meter. I double checked all the wiring, I'm kinda stumped right now.

did you check the basic's so far spark fuel air? I mean I know you said you did the HEI Mod but did u check to see if you deffinitly have spark?

Yup i have fuel and spark. But i don't have spark if I plug the meter in.

On a side note could I get the side panels for the hatch, the part the lid pivots on?

I've been lookin through the wiring diagrams and the throttle position sensor and engine temp sensor are connected to the meter, but Idk if they would cause it to not start with the vaf plugged in

My connector was loose and I replaced the connector from a KL and mixed up the wires when I did, I miss read the diagrams.
