*How to change brakes?!

Hey, im just wondering if anyone knows how to change the brake pads on the mx3? I know it's fairly simple but it's like to do it right.

*1994 v6, 1.8L gs
*Disc Brakes

If anyone has the torque for the lug nuts thatd be great too.
