If i did not already have an MS back box waiting to go on, this would be my "OE" style muffler of choice REMUS!

You probably wouldn't drive the car with this muffler on, you'd also polish it weekly.

I still need to pick a free flowing, quiet-ish muffler...

Remus is a high end brand, much like Bosal or Akrapovic. They are kind of big in the UK VW and German car seen. But they sound nice

That looks nice but a little big. I had this on my 96 ZE with headers and I loved it. http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/shop ... n&id=10645 Quietish when driving normal but had a nice bark when you stepped on it. No drone on the hwy either.

Yeah those are a really nice. I never seen one on a MX but i have seen them on a scirocco and a clio sport and they sounded VERY VERY nice. I wouldnt mind one of these :mrgreen:

Hey Dan, any chance you would be willing to post a quality sound clip of your idle, a 2.5K cruise, and a 3.5K cruise?

there car specific so the piping will be the oem 50.8mm inlet. Im not sure the outlet :shrug:
