This is originally the RED MS3 billet aluminum oil cap, only polished. I have one and it fits and looks great. You'll need an o-ring for them but they're CHEAP!
The alternate completed anodized red ones look like this:
The part number is:
BLMS-8M-L02
THIS specific part number IS compatible with our engines.
The OEM part # that is NOT compatible is this: BLMS-89-L34
You can purchase the red anodized mazdaspeed oil cap at any dealer, online, or on ebay such as the following:

i have a few of each of the speed caps including the red one and the polished on a few of my mazdas. but the best one is the factory mazdaspeed miata cap. and it fits the KL just fine also.
i havent been able to source an original JDM MS oil cap though. those things tend to sell for like $100 bux!

I can take a picture of that one on a K series engine... they're out of production so it's really hard to find them. Part # 0000-8R-D09, I tried ordering it on several online dealership sites and they all cancelled the order.
it is nice though, I think it sets a little too high compared to the other ones to be ideal.

I got my silver one in the mail today, they look pretty snazzy although I'm not much of a fan of the chrome.
