na i wont be offended at all. as a matter of fact i am flattered.
at least people are starting to walk away from the traditional colors.
here in el paso hondas have already taken my color after about 6 months of showing off my mx to the world.
i believe it was about 400 for 1 1/2 gallon of paint, reducer, hardener, clear coat, tape, paper, sandpaper and body filler just from the paint shop. then all the other supplies from other stores. sanding blocks, masks, goggles, huge plastic sheets from walmart to cover up entire garage for a paint booth. and a whole lot of labor.
its from the lexus is250 factory color desert sage metallic. and color code is 6u3. might want to double check that as i lost the code n goin off memory.
all in all it was a $900 paint job as i painted engine bay and inside trunk
my quest for perfection. but like i said had to repaint it and i did a 300 dollar job of white with pearl. i miss the green. but i plan on doing another unique color on my new project. mx3 bpt gtr
