I need a few small interior items mostly from the Canadian members here.

The pop tabs are available at Lowe's, or at least very similar ones are. :) I highly recommend them, they're pretty cheap too.

As for the other piece, I don't know what you're referring to?

I am referring to the cover that would normally go over the seatbelt in the picture

I don't have a link, but their automotive section in hardware is tiny. It should be 4 or 5 drawers of random pop tabs, and you find the closest match.

They're not terribly expensive either, but I believe they only come in small quantities.

How did those clips at Lowe's turn out?

If I make a junkyard run soon, I'll snag the seatbelt bolt cover for you... No promises on when I'll make one, but it'd be free+shipping :)

I actually havn't looked for them yet as I have been too busy with other stuff.

No problem as long as can get them, I can wait for them.

Just to make sure :
I need both sides
in black
for manual belts.

I see you are in Oregon so I though I would mention manual belts since I didn't think US MX3's had manual belts.

I'm confused.

Are you looking for a cover over that star looking bolt?

Also what is that loopy black bar that is bolted down under the star bolt? I'm not sure I've ever seen that before? Is it to keep the belt from getting in the way?

Yeah we have 94 mx-3's in the US and they all had manual belts.

My 93' has that little bar. The bottom of the belt is attached to it and slides forward and back on it.

94' GS, black on black, now in several small pieces...and one large crushed piece.

I really dont understand whats so confusing. I stated I need the cover that goes over the seatbelt where it attaches in the picture or perhaps I should leave "seatbelt" out of the description?

Anyone with manual belts should recognize there is something missing in the pic I posted.

Yes the "loopy thing" that is attached by the Torx head bolt would be what the seatbelt slides back and forth on, so passengers etc.. can get in the back seat.

sorry... I just think there might be some differences between the Canadian and US setups. I just took the mounting plates out of a 94 a couple weeks ago and it didn't have the loopy thing and the cover was just on the belt attachment and not covering anything  I'm going to the junkyard this weekend to check out a new 94 they got in so if it's the style you have I'll get it for you.

I'm just learning new stuff that I didn't know before. I'll stop hijacking your thread now :freak:

not mad at you, just dont understand why I am getting people confused.

My seatbelt setup is from a canadian car, just for clarification, which is why I need canadian parts.

What kind of mounting does a US model setup have? While the belts are better then the motorized ones, they still are not as good as say other cars with manual belts.

I feel the metal bar which the belt slides does not allow the belt to be far enough toward the front to be adjusted for your waist properly sometimes, so maybe the US setup may be better for me. Mind getting pics of said car when you take a look?
