Nice looking wire set. I have never seen a set that was not an NGK that had the proper Mazda terminals.

You scored some goodies! Have you bolted your new headers on yet? Do you plan on wrapping them, as you did with the OBX?

One more nit picky question, how long do you expect a rebuilt G series trans to shift smooth as butter? I've been debating rebuilding one, and rebuilding my current one after swapping...

I plan on ceramic coating the headers.
When rebuilding a transmission it depends on what you replace. If the synchro rings are replaced it should shift very well for a long time. Off course everything depends how hard you drive / shift.

I've seen people who's tranmission start showing wear results after 100k-130k miles... others drive 200k miles with it.

Anyways... another update, worked a bit on my dash yesterday evening.
Had to adjust the bezel because otherwise the rings wouldn't fit.

Also painted the dials and put the moman indiglows in there... Of course I broke the fuel meter :freak:

The instrument gauge is put together.
Everything is hidden in the casing itself. Then hooked up to a wire in the dash and I can take everything out at once :)

(also because I dont have a heater bezel)

Orderd a caliper rebuild kit for my mx5 rears and mazda6 fronts.
LSD back on its way from HongKong.
So busy enough

Hi..
I have a question about brakes.

http://seekpart24.com/jakoparts/brake-c ... 2?c=100807
From the list of fitment it seems that mx6 323 626 and xedos6 calipers are interchanchable
So a steering knuckle from xedos6 must be the same with 323 v6

This is a steering knuckle from xedos 6
Image

Is this the same with 323f v6 knuckle you used?

Thanks

look at the vehicles supported tab. you need the 323f V6 knuckles for this. the 323 that uses the mx6 brakes is the 4 banger...
