just to let ppl know for when they sure this topic or have the same problem, it was my throw out bearing, it was demolished because the previous owner hadnt put the pilet bearing in, so it screwed my tranny and throw out bearing, clutch, pressure plate...luckly i had a spare tranny and got a stage two clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing off kijiji the next day for 80 bucks.

Well, I'm glad to know you resolved this.

I actually have a hard time popping it into 2nd above 5k RPMs, ONLY if I'm still accelerating though. If you're careful and keep even throttle you shouldn't have a problem, but If you dump the clutch while you're throttling up... It can be difficult to go into gear, even without problems.

Its because 1st is way too short, you need to rev match a little to help the synchros out. I misshift 2nd all the time when I'm in a hurry.

I'll say, it's literally impossible for me to go into 1st unless I'm completely stopped. Basically it means rush hour traffic is truly start and stop, since I can't keep it in 2nd, and can't keep it in first. :(
