I have tried several thing but just can't get it off.

The bolt is in somekind of joint that moves around. So the nut won't come off the bolt and I can't get the oem swaybar off :(

if you dont have a grinder grab a big hammer and bash the cap off the ball joint, using a flat head screwdriver as a punch. then grab the ball with vice grips and wrench it off like any other rusted bolt...

Hmmm... I just love the grinder. I'm a 100% no nonsense kind of guy, and the angle grinder is a 100% no nonsense kind of machine. A match made in Heaven...

I would most definitely NOT recommend using a BFH underneath a car on jack stands, ever. First, because in that position you will end up hitting your knuckles a lot more than the car, and second, because the vibration could knock the car off one of the jack stands, and on top of you. Not a good idea.

Ya those are a pain and I would just get new sway bar links they are usually cheap enough anyhow. There supposed to have an insert at the end of the stud to put a n allen key and use a wrench on them but if they are shot your best bet is to cut them off and use new ones

If I cut them off than I'd have to find a way to loosen the bolt on the other end... (same problem)

That looks very rusted, I just did a lot of work replacing my bushings and I had to remove a link to get the arm off. I used WD-40 & wire brushed the threads, with a 5mm Allen key and a 14mm wrench as able to get the nut off with damaging the link.

If your looking to save the link and if all else fails using a small tip on a torch, if you got one at your disposal try heating it up a little that might work.
