switching mx3 distributor?

well i got a distributor for a 98 mazda millenia and the one off my 93 is broken. and where im at its like $350 for a new one.
so is there a way to change the wires on the plug to make it work. i am basically asking for some wiring diagrams. i have one for the mx3. but thats it.
93 GS-R with crank pulley racing clutch and flywheel, magnaflow cat back exhaust, short ram air, 12" rockford fosgate p2 subs, on a amp 500rms, jvc touch screen deck.work log --->http://mx-3.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=75217

i doubt it man. i think you need the proper disty for your ecu. theres more to it then just a plug.

ya mabye. but i think its workable. i just got a no spark cndition with it. didnt fry the ecu but just didnt work. and the part is brand new

It's not just the wires that's the easy part (see HEI mod in Fax). The newer OBD2 disty has no cam sensor that your ECU is looking for. Either do a [WTB] post or PM me, I have a spare, spare disty.

its ok we have had a long battle with the parts store over the distributor. and were gettin a new one for a mx3. no changing wiring and it will work.
but now my problem is i need a new kl ecu
