STUTTER AND DEAD!

Post by zackqw »

Okay.. my disty was dieing but i cleaned it out and started to drive it.. it ran for about 3 miles, started returning home and it starts to sputter.. so i down-shift into 2 and slam the gas to (maybe) un-gunk the FI.(Fuel injectors) after about half a mile it sputtered again and died.. wouldn't start at all.. tried once like almost but wouldn't kinda thing.. and then wouldn't at all.. idk wtf is going on but my frustration is up 100%.. please help me.. tomorrow im going to try to go to my local wrecker and get a used disty with a few (Pocketed) fuses(FI Main relay ect) maybe will help? but if it is the fuel injectors how the hell can i clean them without taking them off.. and if i have to take them off what is the difficulty rating of that? what all do i have to remove ect..

I see ones on ebay for $150. I got mine from Autozone and it was like $170 I think, it was a while ago though.
