Put in new motor mounts lastnight, didnt take pics but everyone knows
what they look like.

Cleaned the car today, added bling and placed gauges in better spots:

Isnt the IAC sposed to be connected to the charge pipe before the manifold?
Took the bp+t out of the mx and swapped it into a 95 escort wagon. ;)

So tuning is done for now and the project has a sense of completeness:

First dyno session here the boost controller refused to work:

And after figuring out the EVC just needed some compressed air blown through it
the better results ensued:

I still have to tweak the EVC-S to get that boost more stable instead of peaking
at 14 psi and coming back down to 11 psi.

My injectors are running at below 18ms which is 80% - so there is room to go up
to 18 psi in a month or so and see what happens.

I have found a great replacement for the PCV valve bullshart I have been dealing
with - it causes the crank to pressurize over 7 lbs of boost and cause oil drainback
blockages and oil burning.

Here is the solution -

Pictured here on the left and a piece of junk the mazda BP05 PCV valve which retails
at your local dealer for close to 40 dollars. On the right the Mark 4 Turbo Supra PCV
valve which holds any boost you throw at it and has been redesigned recently, also
all metal (they are 12 dollars):

and installed:

Beautiful work! I just spent the past how ever long it took reading through the 13 pages of this work log. I've been researching the BP-t and that's become my goal for the swap, however I feel I am no where near at inclined as yourself or most others on this site. I have only 'tinkered' with cars and such but never got more indepth. This is going to be a great journey and hopefully I don't break anything along the way, and just might ask for a few helping hands to anyone that's near the area.
From Nov. 7th of 07 to current is a long time for a build and you've made every day count. Great job.
