Not sure if it can be chipped its from a 92, and yes i have one of the sets of rails and injectors assembled. And I do have one of the garment clips, it is tan.

are the heads DE or ZE? asking because the difference in the valves and cams (if they have those installed)

DE, They have the same size intake and exhaust valves. No cams come with the heads but I do have a set of KL01's.
