help

Post by v6_mystere »

I just put the curved neck with outlaw spacers on my ze, and the kl36 ecu. It seems only slightly quicker than it was with the k8 manifold and ecu. In the curved neck vacuum diagram does the blue line coming out of the vris#2 go to the acuator on the manifold? Are the vris solenoids all the same on the 2.5 v6's? I have headers, full 2.5" exhaust, cai and it isn't as fast as my stock engined mx-6.

How sure are you that you bought a ZE? DE's have been sold as ZE's.... check the head codes, cam codes...

Yes, I checked the cams when I had it apart and the block. Besides wouldn't the k8 not run with the japanese ecu anyways?

Run? Yes. Well? absolutely not. You need the correct ECM/MAF/manifold combo.
